🧼 Mats – After EVERY Class: Sweep/vacuum debris, mop with EPA-registered disinfectant (Q-64), allow 5–10 min dwell time, air dry.
🖐 High-Touch Surfaces: Disinfect door handles, light switches, benches, training dummies, equipment (70% Isopropyl Alcohol spray recommended).
🚿 Bathrooms & Showers: Disinfect toilets, sinks, shower handles; mop floors; refill soap; empty trash.
🗑 Trash Removal: Remove and replace liners daily, especially in locker rooms.

🧽 Wall pads & cage panels: wipe and disinfect.
🌬 Air quality check: inspect HVAC filters, airflow, run dehumidifiers if needed.
🧺 Loaner gear cleaning: disinfect or machine wash gloves, headgear, gi tops; air dry fully.

🔍 Mat inspection: check seams, underside for mold, repair damaged areas.
